Albola Chianti Classico - Pairs Perfectly with Pizza

Annie had Albola Chianti Classico alongside homemade pizzas with fresh basil, mozzarella, feta, salami, tomatoes and a topping of black olive tapenade.

Annie's recipe for the tomato sauce is as followed:

Half a can of good quality chopped tomatoes

1 1/2 Tbsp of Tomato puree

2 tsp of freshly chopped garlic.

2 tsp oregano

2 tsp basil
